Interview

When did you start riding?
I started riding when I was 4 years old.

What would I find in your refrigerator right now?
Right now not so much! Tomato sauce, cheese, loads of yogurt, milk and some vegetables.

When was the last time you were stoked out of your mind?
I think when I went out in Ho’okipa on Maui for the first time, simply amazing.

There is no wind so I’m going to?
Cliff dive, swim, SUP or everything that involves water.

If your house was on fire, what’s the first thing you’d grab?
If I find one…a fire extinguisher.

What’s your dream travel destination?
Tahiti

Best post-session meal?
A big pasta plate.

Favorite thing to do after windsurfing?
Sit on the ground and observe the sea.

What’s the bravest thing you’ve ever done?
Once I escaped from a police boat because I wasn’t wearing a life jacket (in Italy it’s the law)!

Most unusual place you’ve ever been?
Reggio Calabria in the South of Italy.

Are you a spender or a saver?
More a saver than a spender.

If you could pass one thing onto the next generation of windsurfers, what would it be?
Be crazy and do it because you really like it. Never be conditioned by the results of a competition or an event. Do your best!
