The 2020 Windsurf Foil Set 1150 takes windsurf foiling to a new level. With foil racing developing into a very highend corner market, not viable for non-racing, we’ve created a foil set that closes the gap from first time foiling to performance freerace foiling.
The new windsurf setup comes with a user-friendly 75 cm mast and sets a new standard in freeride and freerace foils. Keeping the easy access that our windsurf foils are known for and combining it with a new speed realm that is easy to reach without ever getting out of control. This new setup can accomodate bigger sails more naturally then our 2019 setup allowing for more side pressure in a completely natural windsurfing stance.
WINDSURF WING 1150 DESCRIPTION
For 2020, Naish introduces an all new wing that builds on our design philosophy of creating wings that get freeride and freerace windsurf foilers up and riding in the lightest possible conditions with relatively small sails. The new wing features a higher aspect ratio, refined delta planform, and a unique ‘thin’ foil section that delivers early takeoff, longer easier glides, and improved top speed. Rather than being exclusively focused for upwind/downwind work, this wing also performs exceptionally well on reaches, making it the optimum set up for the traditional sailing at most locations in the world.
The 2020 windsurf wing is designed to work with the 2020 Stabilizer 320.
