Job Position: Retail Sales Associate

Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills.
Previous retail sales experience.
Watersports/wind-sports experience a plus.
Basic math skills and hands-on experience with POS transactions.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70 pounds) and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and determine their needs and wants.
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by providing information about products, features, and benefits,
Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and cleaning as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
